For Breeders: Puppy Manual

The program uses customer information and generates a very nice, quality written and organized (and inexpensive) Puppy Manual or handbook for you to supply to your customer when he or she picks up their pup.  You simply use your computer’s printer to print out the pages, putting them into a binder, folder, or comb binder.  It also prints out a breeder’s hard copy page with all the information, so you can keep this in a file.  This is one way to fulfill the AKC requirement to keep track of customers and litters.  Your computer also keeps a record that is easy to manipulate.  This book shows your customers you care about them and your pups. One thing that shows you are a reputable breeder is the information you provide your customers about you, your operation, and the pups.  You can also use this program to print a well made deposit receipt to send back to your customers when they reserve a pup.  Also, because the program arranges the book in easy to identify sections, you decide what book sections you want to print, and which ones you don’t (see below for a list of the sections the book contains).

You can also edit any of the material in the book if you desire, so as to fully customize it for your operation.  We make it easy, so just a basic understanding of computer operations is needed.

Remember, your computer program will be customized to show you as Breeder, your logo, your Dam and Sire names and AKC registration numbers, and their pedigrees; and be ready just to add your customer and particular puppy information.  Also, you will have permission to modify, edit, rewrite, and add/delete sections as you see fit.  We only ask that you do not sell or give away this program to others.  You have the full use of this program to use it as often and how you like, for as many litters as you like, and with as many Dams and Sires as you like – but if any one else desires a copy of the program, we just ask that you direct them to us.

Makes and keeps computer records and a hard copy of all customers, showing which pup they purchased, when they purchased, price, AKC number, Dam and Sire, etc.

All you have to do is type in the customer’s and puppy’s information one time when you receive their deposit, and then print the book on your PC’s printer.  Bind as you like.  We use 3 ring binders with clear cover fronts into which you can insert the cover pages.

Price for the complete computer program and editing permission:

$180 for complete customized program – that means we add into the program all your info as breeder, and Dam and Sire pedigrees.  We will need your Dam and Sire’s AKC registration numbers to do this.  We will get their pedigree from the AKC website at no extra charge to you.  We will also add AKC standard for your breed, and a picture of the breed.

$130 for Generic program – that means you will have to add your breeder info, Dam and Sire pedigrees, etc.  We leave the custom information TBD (to be determined), so you will have to add it in.  You will need a little computer ability to do this.  It is not hard to do, just a little time consuming – especially typing in all the pedigree information for you Dam and Sire.  We recommend this program as it is easy to modify the program, and you will be doing that eventually anyway as the needs arise.

Both programs are able to be completely modified for your own use.  Complete price – No extra costs for operating programs, etc.  Again, if you are not satisfied, we will fully refund your purchase price.
